really good service!

solid food helpful team

the hotel restaurant offered solid quality food and good breakfast choices. i found the reception team positive and helpful.

the gym had old equipment and needed flooring replacement. it did not feel like a proper gym. the bed mattress was not comfy it felt uneven.

excellent breakfast nice spa helpful staff

The staff parked my car on arrival. the breakfast was excellent. I especially loved the bus service right outside. i found the spa a nice addition to the hotel too. it was great.

The area is quite busy, accessing the hotel while driving can be a small challenge. It's something to be aware of.

low pressure lacking maintenance

the breakfast had plenty of options.

The shower had issues, wall-mounted jets had very low pressure. The basin also drained slowly, i stood in a couple inches of water after a few minutes, and the shower head leaked a lot. Spa maintenance was lacking, the aromatic bath didn't work, and one shower next to the sauna was broken.

The spa facilities were great. I especially liked the indoor pool. It was a very convenient place to relax. The staff was lovely. The restaurant offered good food. The hotel was very clean throughout (a big plus for me).

The room lacked soundproofing. I could clearly hear corridor conversations at 6 AM each day. There was only one bedside table. The hot and cold labels on the tap were reversed (a minor inconvenience).

i appreciated the spaciousness of the beautiful room, it allowed for easy movement. the spa's warm jacuzzi was particularly enjoyable after a long day.
